The client requested a space that “evokes a sense of childlike wonder,” to create an environment that reflects RS21’s creativity and innovation. The company motto is “Revolutionizing decision-making with data + AI – Make better, faster, smarter decisions with data solutions that reveal hidden patterns and possibilities.”

The reception area creates an inspiring first impression, anchored by a logo feature wall visible from the entrance. Glazing provides a seamless visual connection that extends the space into the conference room, where a digital display showcases RS21’s work. Integrated LED lighting creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere that can be instantly customized to reflect client branding.

This sculptural lighting installation transforms the concept of “data” into a dynamic architectural expression. Flowing through the office in evolving patterns, it visually represents the movement of ideas and information, culminating in the conference room where it converges to symbolize insight, discovery, and the possibilities that emerge through innovation. The conference room serves as a centerpiece, featuring a refined material palette, statement lighting, and a large, seamlessly integrated high-definition display supported by concealed AV systems.

The executive office conveys presence and sophistication with a conference table, comfortable seating area, integrated display, and amazing view of the Sandia Mountains.  Offices are optimized for virtual meetings with layered front-facing lighting, acoustic consideration, and clean, professional Zoom backgrounds using neutral textures like wood, stone, art and simple shelving. Additional spaces strengthen culture and connection, including a café with integrated utilities and a collaborative ideation area with large whiteboards—avoiding large cubicle zones in favor of flexible spaces that encourage teamwork and creativity and support collaboration and idea generation.
